Celebrity Label Tuesdays-House of Harlow 1960 and Pamela Anderson at work!!!

For all those who have adoration for Nicole Richie’s style (ever since Rachel Zoe was done with her that is) this one is a treat.  I have been reading about Nicole’s ventures in the fashion business for some time now and her jewelry line does deserve a closer look.  My adoration for the 1960s and 70s can now be fulfilled by her creative and vintage like pieces.  The collection is featured at Kitson and as soon as it was launched it sold out. 

Despite mixed reviews from shopaholics I believe it is for each individual to judge the price and quality comparison.  The fact that her name is attached to the collection and she wears her own pieces shot by the paparazzi most likely helps. 

This proves that when you focus on the positive and productive you can become happier and healthier, and it seems Nicole is the happiest she has ever been.  Perfect time to be creative.  Nicole is launching a lifestyle line featuring footwear in Spring 2010 and working on maternity clothing.

Celebrity labels are not always the most creative or rather high fashion, however Nicole’s laid back and unique style comes through and is not pretentious.  We love it.  Included are recent photos of Nicole Richie impersonating Lady Gaga for BlackBook Magazine!!

Not to be excluded, Pamela Anderson has been in talks with a designer friend Richie Rich regarding a line of her own cruelty and leather free shoes.  The line will be appropriately named Muse and will include casual design pieces as well. If the styles are inspired and anything like what Pamela normally wears the lifespan of the brand might not be long.
