Photographer Juan Monsalvez followed us around with his camera the whole afternoon and night as we were loving life in Hollywood with a true ‘Rock star’, groupie, 70′s demeanor. We took it from my Bronco, to the Pool, to the bed Juan still snapping. And once he left we celebrated with sushi and jazz night at The Sayers Club.

Yesterday I did a shoot with model slash photographer Tim Clark. The man whose hair has it’s own zip code. That’s how big it is. Ericka Agosto came along to do make up and hair and she transformed me into – yeah I don’t really know how to describe it. The makeup was beyond avant garde and very beautiful and most of the shoot I was under water in a pool. I have a few not 100% finished pics from the shoot that I’m sharing here in this post.

After the shoot it was sushi and wine time and then we were off to the newly opened Sayer Club on Wilcox. The guys who used to run Bardot on Vine are now hosting Tuesdays and Thursdays at The Sayer Club. Amazing venue. Very beautiful and a cool rock star-ish crowd. Black leather in any form or shape is the favorite piece of clothing worn here. Yours truly was donning her new Romp London leather dress. Ultra short and black with studs and buttons bien sur. We had fun and too much wine so now I’m ready for bed.

There is something about these colors and the style that brings me back to the 80′s. So retro and way too much, yet super cool with all these vivid colors. I can’t wait to see the final pics.

I brought her a bottle of champagne, which we popped while we chatted the afternoon away as I was slipping in and out of one garment perfection after the other. Nina was especially interested in fitting one particular and stunning dress on me. The ‘Babette’ dress. A gold, leather dress, which reminds me of a ‘Twiggy meets Bardot and Kate Moss’ situation. It was quite short to begin with, but Nina exclaimed: ”I love it on you. But it needs to be shorter!”. Haha I love her thinking. So sexy but with über-sassy class

Here are a couple of my favorites from her line. Oh and PS – she is designing shoes for the next collection. I saw the drawings. Game over girls! Step over Jimmy Choo, Christian Louboutin and Pierre Hardy. I’m so excited and cannot wait to wear my first pair of Romp Londons!!!

The most rock’n’roll leather dress ever. So many great details, studs and buttons around the neck and at the bell sleeves. I really want this dress. And she is also making it in other and not so heavy materials.

Check these pants out! Pochahontas meets Jimi Hendrix meets Jade Jagger. Love-love -loooooove them!!

The ‘Babette’ dress…. The big sequins are made out of the softest leather and the back is in a soft and light material. This dress is perfect for big gala events (Grammys, Oscars)  where you have to both walk the red carpet and sit down at dinners slash to watch a show. This dress floats around your body with ease and you do not need to adjust it when getting in and out of the chair. So glamorous yet easy.

Right now I’m just happy to be home, but extremely annoyed that I have a cold and sore throat. I felt it already in NYC the last couple of days. The ever changing and humid weather there was horrid and add to that a blasting AC when I was with the theater company doing rehearsals. And of course: KK is not the one to miss out on anything so I was running around town like an energizer bunny trying to make ends meet.

Anyways, Now I’m in my bed bummed that I had to cancel a photo shoot today with awesome model and photographer Tim Clark.

So wrapped up in self pitty I would like to share a couple of images from the French Lingerie campaign I shot a month ago here in LA. I am in love with this lingerie and cannot wait to get some pieces for myself. it fits me so well and is comfortable while still super sexy and feminine. J’Adore!

Coca Cola threw a 125 year birthday bash with red carpet, tons of celebs and good canapes and drinks ad lib. I was late (Sorry Chervine!) and we spent less than an hour at this party because we had a long night of other parties to attend.

Next was the show of the amazing photographer Rankin. And here is what I adore about this city: Everything is a hop and skip away. We walked 3 blocks from Coca Cola to photography central. In heels. Being a Los Angeles resident this walking situation is such a bliss. At Rankin’s show Heidi Klum walked out as we entered and the place was jammed with a truly funky and cool NYC scene meaning: A very international scene. So many French, German, Danish, Swedish, South American and New Yorkers bien sur at the same spot. NYC I love you!!!! This is a friggin’ human zoo. So inspiring compared to anything or anywhere else in the world. Period! We stayed here a while and admired the images. I would die to shoot with this man. His photographs are truly beautiful. Wow!

Then we walked not even a block east to the Whitney Museum Auction party. Here the scene was slightly more ‘adult’ and Upper east Side posh so to speak. Red carpet, more finger foods, a flow of drinks and beautiful people in Tuxedos, Hermés and Balenciaga. The venue of this party was breathtaking to say the least and enormous. And it was jammed with editors, art collectors, fashionistas, models, film industry peeps and the likes.

Chervine and I were like fish in the water between delicious drinks, food, art, music and die-hard New Yorkers. But as the party was beginning to go into rage mode I made a Houdini and escaped to my pad in Ivy League Central. AKA Columbia University.

Today I’m planning to see the McQueen exhibit at The Met. But who knows, I’m probably doing something else last minute. It is NYC after all…

Where: You have probably either seen Marisa on the TV show ‘90210′, on ‘Greek’ or you might have heard her music, which she writes her self.

Marisa started modeling as a kid and quickly fell into acting. She has since worked her way up and made a name for herself among the tops in Hollywood. Hard work, talent, focus, beauty and brains is securing this lady a bright future.

Which city would you max out your credit card if you could?
That’s a tough one… either NYC or London. My style is very punk rock inspired & those cities are the best for that.

What is your favorite store?:
Urban Outfitters…lol. It’s on just about every other corner, so if you need to grab something quick for a last minute party or event it’s super easy and affordable!

What is your advice when it comes to dressing up:
Dress for yourself. If you like it… wear it! Don’t wear something only because you think a guy might like it or because it’s the latest trend. You feel your best when you’re in something you Love.

Who do you think is the most stylish person on Earth?
My dog. Lol… I know she’s not a person, but she’s the most stylish bulldog I know. 2nd to her I would say Gwen Stefani. She is effortlessly sexy and tomboy chic.

Do you have a favorite motto or quotation?
Art is Power

Who is the most inspiring person to you?:
People really don’t inspire me. Music, art, fashion, & literature inspire me.

What is your biggest dream?
To use my public popularity amongst kids & teens to educate them on things going on in the world that they might not be aware of. I’m a huge supporter of PETA & a charity called Falling Whistles which saves Congolese children from child soldier camps. As Maya Angelou said “When you know better, you do better.”

What do you wish you knew 10 years ago?
What other people think or say about you is completely unimportant, and there are no set rules to live by. You make your rules. You make the life you want.

Who: Lillie Gitte, Beauty expert, CEO & Authoress

What: Owner and CEO of the beauty house DollFace located in Copenhagen. DollFace won the “Best wellness in Town Award” last year, and is nominated again this year.

Lillie Gitte’s first poetry collection “Lillies Lykke” was published in 2010 and at the moment she is penning down a new, exiting book about beauty.

Location: I live in Copenhagen, but I spend as much time as possible in Paris. One day I will move permanently to Paris. That city is the love of my life, and I feel really alive and happy in Paris.

Favorite Designers: There are many, but Marc Jacobs has my love. I adore his clothes, and I love that he also designs all the fun stuff:  key chains, cheap T-shirts etc. I recently meet him in Paris, and he was very kind and cute!
I’m a big fan of Alexander Wang as well, I love the stylish rock’n’roll look he sports.

Which city would you max out your credit card in? I have to admit that I have done it more than once, and my choice is Paris. It’s a big mix of great designers and cool vintage, and a lot of high street stores like Zara, H&M. I love walking up and down Avenue Montaigne and visit all the Dior, Chanel, and other big designer shops. It’s so high class, and having lunch at L`Avenue completes the experience! By metro 10 minutes later, I’m in Marais where all the cool vintages and small funny stores are located.

Favorite Store: My favorite store is  APPARTMENT in St. Regnegade in Copenhagen. Fantastic shop, where the owner Malene has both the feminine and raw look. APPARTMENT has both expensive and cheap brands, brands from USA, Paris and Scandinavia. It all comes together in this beautiful shop with a cool decor.

What is your advice when it comes to dressing up: If you have doubts GO BLACK! Tight skinny jeans, black top, black cool jacket and super high heels is always cool! Sometimes when you are going to an event where you have to put on a dress, it’s often the accessories that makes the outfit. Beautiful earrings, shoes etc. are often more important than the dress itself.

Who do you think is the most stylish person on Earth: There are SO many stylish people right now, and one of them is French actress and model Josephine De La Baume. She is feminine, but in a very fashion-leather-casual kind of way. She is also the new body/face of Agent Provocateur. And I love her red hair. I wish could have red hair!

Motto: ”Giving up doesn’t always mean that you are weak, sometimes it means that you are strong enough to let go”.

Who is the most inspiring person to you? The fictive character of Carrie Bradshaw! She is fun, cool, deep, dreaming. One hell of a personality! I think every girl wants to be Carrie at some point. Each time I have watched an episode of Sex and the city, I’m so inspired by all the girls!

Speaking of the gym:I get a lot of questions about my workout routine so here is the lowdown: Eric Morillo is my personal trainer. Done and done. Why? Because when he is playing like he did on Saturday at The Marqueé (and I’m not taking about when he plays ‘tribal K-hole stuff’) I’m raging like a little Miss Fitness who’s about to take home Gold from the Olympics. And if you don’t believe that it works you should ask Victoria Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio who was raging at our table as well getting in shape for her next billboard.

Back to my story: We all know that 2 nights in Vegas is more than plenty to get in serious trouble. So when David Guetta was about to hit the pool party at our hotel we checked out and left ‘shit show central’ without looking back.

Now this time around it was time for some Vegas debauchery.

Tuesday evening, LAX. Just arrived after 10 days in amazing Nicaragua. As I open my Iphone I get a text saying ”Guess what! Don’t unpack because you are going to Vegas”. How can you not love that? Now, the question was; should we fly or drive? We had an option to fly, but after a whole day in the company of Copa Airlines a little road trip sounded divine to my ears. (a choice I bitterly regretted after 4 hours in ‘Spring Break’ traffic on the I-15).

Friday afternoon and 3 little blonde piggies are on their way to Sin City. One little piggie was impersonating Penny Lane in the backseat, another little piggie was DJ Punani keeping us fed with house all the way and the 3rd little piggie (moi) was getting us to Vegas faster than you can say ‘speeding ticket’.

We did one inevitable stop at a market just North of Barstow at the most amazing candy store where you can stash up on salt liquorice.  So we did and this little shit show was en route again – Hotel Cosmopolitan bound.

Amazing room. Check! 3 suitcases packed with amazing outfits, shoes and makeup to share. Check! Tables awaiting at Jason Strauss and Derrick Sum 41s birthday bash at LAVO. Check!

Obviously I cannot tell you details of what happened. We have TMZ for that. However, I can say that there is a difference between partying like a rock star and partying with rock stars. Jack Daniel shots straight form the bottle anyone? Luckily pizza came heaven sent later and on a full belly this little piggie took her heels and sparkly dress back to her Ivory tower for some beauty rest.

There is nothing like waking up in the most amazing room with a whole day and night ahead of you in Sin City. Shower, coffee, salt liquorice, shopping, lunch and Eric Morrillo tonight at Marquee. Whoops!
