Stripes, gold buttons, white blouses, sailing yachts, anchors and knots.  A comortable naval look is classic Chanel. See the naval looks recently worn by celebs. Do not try wearing a giant Chanel logo if you do not possess the proper confidence, only a select few can put it off.

Still, loving the gloves and shoes.

Wait for August to see what they come up with.

A white tank or t shirt can instantly add a crisp look to jeans or corporate trousers.  All in the power of simple without trying too hard.  The colors pop against each other and practically scream I am effortless and may or may not be high maintenance. Since the economy crisis might have effected the way some shop it is more important than ever to be thrifty. Believe it or not layering a new white tank under a black suit brings an instant lift to your wardrobe…a la Reese Witherspoon in the new issue of Elle April 09

Despite mixed reviews from shopaholics I believe it is for each individual to judge the price and quality comparison.  The fact that her name is attached to the collection and she wears her own pieces shot by the paparazzi most likely helps. 

This proves that when you focus on the positive and productive you can become happier and healthier, and it seems Nicole is the happiest she has ever been.  Perfect time to be creative.  Nicole is launching a lifestyle line featuring footwear in Spring 2010 and working on maternity clothing.

Celebrity labels are not always the most creative or rather high fashion, however Nicole’s laid back and unique style comes through and is not pretentious.  We love it.  Included are recent photos of Nicole Richie impersonating Lady Gaga for BlackBook Magazine!!

Not to be excluded, Pamela Anderson has been in talks with a designer friend Richie Rich regarding a line of her own cruelty and leather free shoes.  The line will be appropriately named Muse and will include casual design pieces as well. If the styles are inspired and anything like what Pamela normally wears the lifespan of the brand might not be long.

“MKO: For me, it really started by looking at people. There are just some really beautiful people in the world. When you’re walking down the street, or you’re at a restaurant, someone catches your eye because they have their own look.
