New Shots

Just got some new shots I did with master photographer Max DiBiaggio in NYC. There are many to choose from and I only have them in really low res. But you’ll get the picture of his style from these 3 shots.

Max is a genius with light. Truly! And I always love to work with him.

We did some video in July as well. Can’t wait to show you the result when he is done with the editing.

Also, some of our work will show in an Italian Magazine soon. I will publish it here when I’m granted permission by the publishers in Rome.

Spring Has Sprung

It is insane how at home I feel in NYC… Seriously!!!

Spring has sprung and NYC is inviting and irresistible…. The temperature at night is almost the same as during the day and you feel so happy walking around in the streets taking in the look, smell and vibe from the East Coast concrete jungle.

I’m so head over heels with this city… no doubt!

Here I’m headed out to dinner with an old friend at the 100% Organic Restaurant Gusto on 14th street and 6th avenue.

Those who are familiar with the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York know very well the Thursday Flea Markets are worth a visit. They have been going on for years and the selection of decently priced designer and vintage goodies is endless. You can get a head start on your Christmas shopping or treat yourself if you are on a budget, as most of us these days are. The Flea Market is happening on 27th Street between Fashion Avenue (7th Avenue) and 8th Avenue. The exact location is between the A and B buildings but it will most certainly not be hard to find. It seems the backstabbing and gossip trend will never fade in a city like New York, on the contrary it is alive and well. Sure there is a high population, but the island is small. Everyone is out to grab what they can for themselves and loyalty as well as class has been thrown right out the window. My advice is to be careful before you hurt someones feelings, even if you feel it is unintentional. What goes around comes around and that is not just a saying. If you think you are on top now, watch your manners because you can fall just as fast if you are not careful. It is really not that hard to be a good person and still remain fashionable, I recommend New York tries it sometimes. Being nice to each other is a trend that should ketch on pretty quick. Still cannot help yourself? I suggest you volunteer in the soup kitchen, might do you some good to help someone else for a change.
